One brand – 3 audiences a Brand & Website for a Psychotherapist, Psychoanalyst and Executive Leadership Coach
Karen’s work as a Psychoanalyst is built on her ability to help her clients uncover deep personal insights, offering tailored strategies to enhance emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
The brand strategy explored how one brand could effectively speak to 3 different audiences – therapy clients, therapists and executive leaders. We dug into Karen’s approach and skill set and defined the common characteristics demonstrated by all of Karen’s clients.
What we uncovered was an intelligent, curious, highly attuned and perceptive brand essence. Inspiring the tagline:

A therapist brand with a hint of curiosity
Like many of my clients, the brand needs to serve an existing, loyal, and dedicated audience, so it must feel like the expert it represents. Creating a therapist brand that stands out requires a distinctive approach. What struck me most about Karen was her intellect and empathy; she works well with highly intelligent (and often neurodivergent) individuals. She has dedicated her career to helping people achieve incredible transformations and freedom.
There were 2 key themes we kept coming back to: self-discovery and the individual, and curiosity. I loved the symbolism of the brain as a maze, fingerprints and surrealist-inspired artwork – I obsessed over how we could weave these elements together as a cohesive brand.
The logo featured a brand icon that is a maze split in half to represent the two hemispheres of the brain, and, scaled down, the lines resemble a fingerprint.
Unique Imagery and Branded Social Media Graphics
The unique brand imagery we designed for the website was repurposed and reimagined as branded social media templates that can be used for a range of themes and topics, while maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand image across platforms.
Conversion-optimised web design for Therapist and Coach
As a fully booked Psychoanalyst and Therapist, most of Karen’s clientele previously came by referral or recommendation; however, her Executive Leadership Coaching required a strong web presence that allowed a new audience to find her.
We created clear navigation for her 3 services and optimised dedicated pages aimed at her three distinct audiences. Karen hid her old website away from the world because she was embarrassed by it, although she admitted that she was almost embarrassed to show colleagues her new website because it was so professional, and she didn’t want them to think she was bragging!
